To further promote the development of the prefabricated building in the local market
and better serve customers, Jcon set up a wholly-owned subsidiary named Jconau
Holdings Pty Ltd in Australia in June 2016; then Jconau Holdings founded Sipo Building
Materials Pty Ltd through investment in the holding form in August of the same year.
So far, the Company has gained over 20 sales outlets of warehouse and logistics
authorized to cooperate in Australia reaching New South Wales, Queensland and
South Australia.
With the Company’s expansion of experience range in Australia and deepening of
relationships with customers, Sino-Australian enterprise interchanges get closer.
BIANCO, the largest PC member manufacturer in Australia, participated in the plant
planning, supervision of production technologies and processes as well as product
quality, and project management, providing the Company with great support.
On the other hand, to cater to the market need, the Company awaited the proper time
to establish Jecon Building Aust Pty Ltd in the form of joint venture in May 2017,
beginning to undertake construction projects of prefabricated building wall materials by
virtue of experience accumulated and resources formed at the material sales stage,
and providing customers with the one-stop service from material supply, technical
support to construction.
In the future, the Company will continue enriching product categories on the basis of
operation of prefabricated building wall materials and construction; besides, it will
gradually step into the overall building construction field, striving to be a general
contractor of medium-scale projects in Australia in 3-5 years.
Founded in 2014, the Overseas Office of the Company has been actively exploring the Australian
market and committing itself to take prefabricated building technologies and products with Chinese
characteristics out of China. Through unremitting exploration and repeated practice, the AAC wall
system independently developed by the Company passed a series of tests in such aspects as fire
resistance, sound insulation, weather fastness and material designability, and get the certification at the beginning of 2015; besides, the Company was invited to have a hand in preparing AAC National Code of Australia. While recognized
by insiders, the Company won praise from customers. At the end of 2015, the Company took a part in
constructing the landmark project ZEN Apartments developed by the well-known Australian developer
Billbergia.
