Key Responsibilities:

1、Familiar with the operation of ground-mounted centralized photovoltaic power stations and the procedural workflows of various government departments, completing compliance processes such as filing and grid connection approvals.

2、Assist the technical department in preliminary project surveys and research, with the ability to review design optimization and budget estimates. Proficient in civil or electrical engineering specifications, technical requirements, construction processes, etc.

3、Responsible for formulating the project management plans, and overseeing the entire process of quality, technical standards, progress, safety, and funding for the project.

4、 Complete the collection and sorting of construction documentation, and coordinate project completion acceptance, defect resolution, and handover processes.

Ideal Candidate：

1、Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or photovoltaic engineering management.

2、More than 2 years of experience in managing ground-mounted centralized photovoltaic projects, with a track record of independently serving as a project manager for at least two EPC photovoltaic projects of 20 MW or above.

3、Possess strong communication and business negotiation skills, excellent organizational, coordination, and team management abilities, and extensive construction management experience. Familiar with the construction standards and requirements for mechanical and electrical installation, as well as on-site workflows and procedures.

4、Constructor's certificate or electrical-related certificate in mechanical and electrical installation and construction engineering is preferred.

5、Overseas work experience is preferred, with English as a working language, and willingness to be assigned to overseas projects.
