Key Responsibilities:

1、Develop short-term and long-term development plans for the local market based on the objectives of the headquarters and the Middle East subsidiary.

2、Participate in the preparation and execution of the annual budget, focusing on cost control and profitability improvement. Assist the headquarters in monitoring major financial matters and mitigating potential risks.

3、Under the authorization of the General Manager, responsible for the company's daily operations and decision-making.

4、Develop market expansion plans based on the demands of the Middle East market, actively seeking new clients and business partners.

5、Build  and  manage  a  cross-cultural  team,  fostering  effective  collaboration  between  Chinese  and  local employees.

6、Assist  the  General  Manager  in  maintaining  close  communication  with  UAE  joint  venture  partners  to strengthen cooperation.

7、Ensure that the company's operations comply with the laws and regulations of the host country, as well as the compliance requirements for listed companies in China.

8、Oversee the planning and implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Regularly report project progress and results to the headquarters to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.

Ideal Candidate:

1、Fluent in both Mandarin and English and ideally Arabic. 

2、Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or Finance ， MBA or EMBA is preferred.

3、The capability to quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to new environments.

4、Proven work experience in the UAE or the Middle East, with familiarity with the local business environment and culture.

5、Experience in managing multinational operations, with the ability to coordinate between headquarters and local teams.

6、Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing diverse teams and motivating employees to achieve organisational goals.

7、Strong sense of responsibility, high-stress tolerance, and willingness to work overseas long-term.

8、Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.

9、High standards of professional ethics and integrity, maintaining corporate reputation and enhancing brand image.
