The overseas department of the company was established in 2014, actively exploring the Australian market, and is committed to bringing prefabricated building technology and products with Chinese characteristics abroad. After unremitting exploration and repeated practice, the AAC wall system independently developed by the company successfully passed a series of tests on fire resistance, sound insulation, weather resistance and material structure, and was certified by the Australian Building Regulations Committee in early 2015. And was invited to participate in the compilation of the Australian AAC national standard. While being affirmed by people in the industry, it also gained the favor of customers. At the end of 2015, it participated in the construction of ZEN Apartments, a landmark project developed and built by Billbergia, a well-known Australian developer.

In order to further promote the development of prefabricated buildings in the local market and provide better services to customers, Xujie Technology invested and controlled Jconau Holdings Pty Ltd in Australia in June 2016, and Jconau Holdings invested and established Sipo Building Materials Pty Ltd in August of that year. At present, the company has authorized more than 20 warehousing and logistics sales outlets in Australia, covering three states of New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.

With the expansion of the company's experience in Australia and the deepening of the relationship with customers, the communication between China and Australia is also closer. BIANCO, Australia's largest PC component manufacturer, has participated in the planning, production technology, product quality control and project management of Jietong Construction Plant, giving the company great support.
 
On the other hand, the company took stock of the situation and complied with the market demand. In May 2017, the company set up Jecon Building Aust Pty Ltd. With the help of the experience accumulated in the material sales stage and the resources built, the company began to undertake the construction project of prefabricated buildings. Provide customers with one-stop service from material supply, technical support to construction.
 
In the future, the company will continue to enrich product categories on the basis of operating prefabricated building wall materials and construction; at the same time, it will gradually get involved in the overall construction field of buildings, and strive to become the general contractor of medium-sized projects in Australia within 3-5 years.
