This project is located in the Huxi area of Suzhou Industrial Park and consists of 3 high-rise residential towers, 13 mid-rise residential buildings, and 26 three-storey courtyard-style residential buildings.
The mid-rise buildings are required to achieve a 30% prefabrication rate and a 60% “three prefabricated components” ratio. Major prefabricated components include precast composite floor slabs, prefabricated internal partition wall panels, dry-laid flooring systems, and prefabricated suspended ceilings, among others.
